All shipping will be USPS priority mail with insurance on the packages and will come with tracking numbers. If you didn’t get it feel free to email us at customer support for it.

We ship Monday to Friday. We do not ship on the weekends or during holidays. We ship all orders within less then 24 business hours should you miss the cut off time.

Our cut off time is 4 p.m. Eastern Time Zone and we ship out of Florida location.

If you wish to cancel please do it before our cut off time, someone will be monitoring the emails just in case we need to cancel your order and refund you or hold the package if you made a mistake.
